Our family-run bakery, Lockdown Bakehouse, is seeking a detail-oriented and dedicated operations support assistant to join our team at our production factory in Wimbledon Park. You'll play a crucial role within our production process. This starts from managing our customer accounts/ordering process to ensuring our manufacturing and logistics teams have all the information needed to produce and deliver the customer orders.

Key Responsibilities:
* Answering emails and calls, dealing with customer queries and issues.
* Problem solving customer delivery issues.
* Provide administrative support to the manufacturing and cafe teams.
* Assist with shipping and logistics, ensuring timely and safe delivery of products.
* Learn and adapt to new processes and technologies as needed.
* Additional administration tasks which can include invoicing and credit control.
Ideal Candidate:
* Have experience in a Food Production Environment is a bonus.
* Advanced Microsoft (Excel) and Google Document knowledge and a quick learner on new systems is a must.
* Strong attention to detail.
* Effective communication within a team.
* Eligible to work in the UK.
Additional Notes:
* Must be available to work weekends as part of a shift pattern.
* Must be able to work onsite in our HQ in Wimbledon Park (SW19 8ED) from 6.30am - 2.30pm. (We’re currently looking for 4 days a week – with the possibility to extend to 5.)
