Operations Manager (Yorkshire Cricket Board)
We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Operations Manager to join our Operations team. The successful candidate will help manage, support and oversee the day to day operations activities of the department. They will play a key role in assisting with the development and implementation of processes and ensure all departmental deadlines continue to be met. This role will play a key role in helping ensure efficient processes are embedded and implemented to help manage the growing remit of the department.

About the Role
Reporting to the Director of Operations, this role will involve:
* Ensure that all departmental and organisational policies and procedures are implemented to maximise output, implementing improvements and changes where needed.
* Manage all administration systems and processes across the Yorkshire Cricket Board.
* Act as a central point of contact for staff and provision of administrative support for the clubs and leagues that Yorkshire Cricket Board supports, including volunteers, partners and others associated with the organisation.
* Support the Director of Operations to manage the ECB County Partnership Agreement via the CPA standards ensuring updates and evaluation of delivery across recreational cricket in Yorkshire is completed.
* Work with the operations team and trusted partners to ensure the YCB website and play-cricket are maintained, current and up to date.
* Assist the Director of Operations to develop and implement strategic planning across the YCB.
About You
We are looking for people who meet the below criteria:
* At least three years of working within an operations team in a similar position, with at least one year of working in a managerial position.
* A proven track record of successfully managing the day to day running of a department.
* Demonstrable knowledge and experience of reviewing, developing and implementing efficient processes with successful results.
* Demonstrable experience of working with both internal and external stakeholders to build strong business relationships.
* Previous experience of scheduling deadlines, monitoring important production milestones and ensuring projects deadlines are met for a team / department.
