Role Description
This is a full-time role based onsite at Wilmslow, focusing on the profitability and financial administration of BMW vehicle sales while providing adequate coverage within the centre. You will be responsible for achieving financial sales targets for new cars and finance income, adhering to operational and financial guidelines, and managing profit-generating products.
You will also handle the CRM portal daily, ensuring settlement requests and end-of-term allocations are updated, as well as supporting the enquiry management process in the absence of the Sales Manager. Additionally, you will oversee the profit margin on vehicle sales, manage retention processes using tools like Emaster and Alphabet BPP, and ensure early settlement requests are processed promptly.
