Role:
To deliver market leading customer service in line with our Trademark Behaviors. Making sure the BDC’s are communicating every stage of their enquiry. Delivering the correct opportunities to the Com-Tech Team to allow the customer to receive the correct service levels. Carrying out robust 1-2-1’s with their direct reports. All while making sure the business is being fed with accurate data through our CRM system.
