We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Workflow Administrator to join the Workflow & Components team within our busy Customer Service Department. The priorities of this role are stock and inventory management, duties will include parts allocation, customer service, administration, inventory, and workflow support. You will work as part of our Customer Service department assisting in the movement of watches through the repair system, from receipt to dispatch, delivering high levels of customer service. Attention to detail is vital for this role and as this job is system based, a good level of computer literacy is essential. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and a passion for providing exceptional service to our customers. This role is a 12 month fixed term contract, based on site in our beautiful new offices in Maidenhead. Responsibilities To identify and pick parts required for completion of repair. To pick and dispatch parts orders. Answer customer and retailer enquiries via email and phone. To manage workflow and update repair statuses using SAP. Proactive in researching and sourcing alternative parts and updating records. Assist with our London Boutique parts enquiries. Move stock around the business using the SAP system. Unpack parts consignments and update SAP accordingly. Administrative support to the workshop and customer service team. Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery and customer satisfaction. Requirements Proven experience in a customer service role is beneficial. Strong administrative skills with the ability to assess situations and provide effective solutions. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to perform data entry tasks efficiently with attention to detail. A friendly disposition with a strong commitment to customer satisfaction. Familiarity with CRM systems is beneficial but not essential.
