Legal Operations Project Manager - 65k-80k - London/Hybrid - Permanent
My client, a global law firm, is recruiting for a Legal Operations Project Manager to join the team on a permanent basis. The successful candidate will have a Legal Project Management background and be familiar with working alongside Partners identifying areas to improve working practices.
Your Role: Legal Operations Project Manager
Joining the team as a Legal Operations Project Manager, you'll be aligned with one of their Practice Groups. This strategic role is focused on enhancing working practices, driving efficiency, and delivering high-value solutions tailored to client needs. Your responsibilities will include:
1. Strategic Planning: Contribute to growth objectives and implement the Legal Ops strategy.
2. Project Management: Manage projects from start to finish, using Legal Project Management (LPM) methodologies to streamline operations.
3. Process Improvement: Identify and implement changes to enhance productivity and delivery.
4. Data Analysis: Gather and analyse data to provide insights and define relevant KPIs and metrics.
5. Technology and Systems: Utilize legal tech and billing systems to support client solutions.
6. Training and Development: Design and deliver training programs for internal teams and clients.
What They’re Looking For
Experienced operations professionals from the legal or professional services sector with previous Legal Project Management experience. Key attributes include:
1. Stakeholder Management: Confidently engage with stakeholders and demonstrate the value of their services.
2. Financial Acumen: Understand financial models and exhibit strong commercial awareness.
3. Collaboration and Adaptability: Work effectively within a dynamic team, showing flexibility and a personable nature.

Please note this is a London based hybrid role that will require you to be onsite a minimum of 2-3 days per week.
