In this exciting role, you’ll work closely with potential buyers, guiding them through the sales process and showcasing beautiful new homes. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to build lasting relationships with clients.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Assist customers with the sale of new homes, providing an outstanding customer experience.
2. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, builders, and other stakeholders.
3. Help customers make informed decisions by providing detailed property information and answering questions.
4. Ensure the smooth progression of sales from initial enquiry through to completion.
5. Achieve sales targets and contribute to the growth of the business.
Skills and Experience:
1. Previous experience in property sales or a customer-facing role (desirable but not essential).
2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
3. Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
4. Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team.
5. A passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
