The role of the Stock Co-ordinator is to support Community Nursing teams in the Community Care Division across Liverpool, Sefton and Knowsley by coordinating the ordering, monitoring and management of wound care dressings and products, PPE, and equipment for the services.
Maintaining accurate stock level databases and providing weekly reports to the Operational Manager.
Identifying any financial and practical efficiencies.
The post holder will also be responsible for the coordination of annual checks of all equipment in line with Trust policies by liaising with appropriate teams inside and outside of the Organisation ensuring all equipment remains fit for purpose.
The ability to travel between different community sites across Liverpool, Sefton and Knowsley is essential.
Key Responsibilities
* Performing stock checks across multiple sites and maintaining accurate stock level databases.
* Re-ordering stock for multiple sites ensuring stock is replenished and rotated.
* Complete quality checks on equipment across multiple sites to ensure that it is fit for purpose.
* Maintain an orderly storage area across multiple sites.
* Complete PAT (Portable Appliance Testing) across multiple sites once full training has been received.
