Project Manager:
As a Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing and managing contracts for our office fit-out projects. Your expertise will ensure that all contractual obligations are met, projects are delivered on time, and within budget.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Work closely with the client and build relationships.
2. Work closely with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers to maintain strong relationships and resolve any issues.
3. Assist Project Managers in the coordination of project activities, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation.
4. Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement effective mitigation strategies.
5. Provide regular reports on contract status and project performance to senior management.
Requirements:
1. Proven experience as a Project Manager (5+ years).
2. Excellent negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills.
3. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work effectively under pressure.
4. Category A and B office fit-out knowledge.
