Have knowledge of working on a case management system (current system used is ALB), be proficient in MS office packages. Strong communication and organisation skills are vital while experience within residential property is essential.The Conveyancing Assistant must have at least 12 months conveyancing experience and a solid understanding of the conveyancing process.
