Based at our stunning Support Office in Swindon, Wiltshire, with hybrid working, we are looking for a highly organised and detail orientated Buying Product Development Administrator to join our family. You’ll support the Buying and Product Development team on all categories through the critical path from brief to launch, ensuring data and samples are managed and updated, and information is communicated effectively.
You’ll be accountable for the administration of our product range from line creation to discontinuation, ensuring product information is correct and captured in all relevant places and is kept up to date as the seasons progress.
You will support the team in preparing for meetings and range reviews by organising and labelling product, as well as completing competitor analysis and range boards.
Supporting the development of the vision of Neptune, in this role you will focus on:
* Managing product information across our in-house system, product specifications, and seasonal planning documents
* Taking administrative ownership of data and ensuring accuracy
* Uploading our new products onto Neptune’s internal in-house system
* Overseeing sample management including logging and cataloguing new and existing samples
* Maintaining our sample storage space and ensuring all areas are tidy and efficient
* Providing accurate and timely administrative support within the team
We are looking for someone with exceptional attention to detail and a can-do attitude who is organised, motivated and able to build excellent relationships and have excellent communication at all levels. You’ll need to be a strong administrator with advanced skills in MS Office and Excel, ideally within a retail head office environment. Ideally, you’ll also bring a passion for home interiors and product development and, most importantly, aspire to deliver above and beyond.
