Mencap have an exciting opportunity for a 1st Line IT Analyst on a fixed term contract until 1/06/. This is a full-time (37.5 hours per week) position working Monday to Friday. Our offices are based in Peterborough, but we are flexible with where you do your work.
Do you have the skills and knowledge to be an 1st Line IT Analyst?
1. provide exceptional customer service with both internal and external stakeholders, whilst maintaining a high level of quality at all times
2. You will also work to achieve set KPI’s and targets and will work well under pressure.
3. You will observe current processes and procedures and who wants to go that extra mile in order to implement their new ideas into the organisation in order to grow with us
4. As a 1st line service desk analyst it is your role to provide exceptional customer service with both internal and external stakeholders, whilst maintaining a high level of quality at all times
5. You will have genuine passion for IT support and a demonstrable willingness to go above and beyond
