Job Description
What will you be doing?
We're seeking a talented individual to join our Business Outsourcing Services team in Salisbury.
As Assistant Manager - Accounts, Compliance & Advisory, your responsibilities will include among others:
1. Preparation of annual financial statements, including statutory accounts, trust accounts, partnership accounts and sole trader accounts for tax purposes.
2. Manage own portfolio of clients.
3. Manage staff working on own portfolio.
4. Teamwork with other departments.
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you should:
1. ACA/ACCA or equivalent qualification or qualified by experience.
2. Prior experience of computerised accounting packages.
3. Ability to work independently and as part of a wider team.
4. Excellent communication skills.
5. Results orientated to meet and exceed client expectations, with a key focus on delivering high quality work that consistently meets internal and/or external client deadlines.
6. Understanding of new standards.
