Parts Advisor (HGV)
Tamworth
£27,500 negotiable plus Bonus scheme
44 hours per week
Monday to Friday with rota Saturday work
Use of company vehicle if applicable
Duties:
* Professionally handle incoming calls to promote and secure parts sales.
* Work with suppliers to purchase parts at competitive prices while maintaining stock levels.
* Collaborate with the Branch Manager to meet monthly sales, margin, and contribution targets.
* Contribute to meeting or exceeding head office and local customer service level agreements (SLAs) and KPIs.
* Perform stock cleanses and manage internal transfers efficiently.
* Provide excellent customer service to local and national customers to encourage repeat business.
* Help in building a customer base and promoting the truck and trailer services.
* Manage cash and payment systems following company procedures, prioritizing safety.
* Work with the parts team to meet sales and delivery targets, including over-the-counter sales.
* Evaluate local market conditions and identify sales opportunities.
* Comply with health and safety procedures.
* Demonstrate the company's core values in daily work.
* Collaborate with van drivers to ensure timely deliveries.
* Perform additional tasks to ensure smooth branch operations.
