The Role

In this role, you'll lead efforts to ensure the quality, reliability, and performance of our flagship application. Your expertise in automation frameworks, manual testing, and API/frontend testing will be pivotal in building robust processes and supporting the team.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and maintain test automation frameworks with tools such as Cypress, Selenium, and Katalon.
* Conduct manual testing for exploratory and edge-case scenarios.
* Create and execute API and frontend tests for web applications.
* Perform multi-browser compatibility testing.
* Actively engage in agile development processes.
* Continuously improve scripts for reliability and scalability.
* Support team members with guidance on testing and best practices.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams.
* Identify, document, and track defects and areas for improvement.
* Stay updated on emerging QA tools, technologies, and trends.
What We're Looking For
* 5+ years of software quality assurance experience, focusing on automation and manual testing.
* Proficiency in cross-browser testing, including UI and functional testing.
* Hands-on expertise with tools such as Cypress, Selenium, Postman, and Katalon.
* Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and test integration in build processes.
* Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
* Excellent communication skills.
* Understanding of the software development lifecycle and QA best practices.
* Basic programming skills (e.g., JavaScript, Python, or Java).
* Based in the UK or Austria.
Nice to Have
* Experience with performance testing tools.
* Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git).
* Knowledge of security testing methodologies.
