Department Facilities Contract Type Full Time / Permanent Location Bristol Job Summary What do you’ll do We’re looking for someone enthusiastic and motivated to join our well-established Facilities team as a Facilities Coordinator at our Bristol office. If you already have some experience in this field and are seeking that next step in your career, this is a fantastic opportunity to take on supervisory responsibility, managing the Reception team. The role is highly varied with no two days being the same – you will lead on Health & Safety support for our Bristol office, working closely with our Facilities Manager to ensure compliance. You’ll also be responsible for managing all facilities tasks around new starters, managing office supply levels and liaising with building management and external maintenance contractors on essential works and checks, amongst several other day to day activities. We will provide you with plenty of training and development opportunities from day one, offering real scope for progression. This is a full time, permanent position and you will need to be able to attend the Bristol office every day, as well as have access to a vehicle to visit other office sites as and when required. Who you are You be someone who is ready to take a step up in their career, having already gained experience in a Facilities role, ideally in a professional services environment. Existing experience of dealing with workplace Health & Safety matters is also beneficial. We will offer you variation and responsibility - in return you will need to be highly organised and one step ahead at all times in order to support our Facilities Manager with the smooth running of a busy and well-respected Facilities function. You will be a natural team player and strong communicator, able to work alongside others to deliver an excellent service to the business. Supervisory experience is beneficial but not essential.
