Purpose of the role & how you will contribute:
Are you an experienced Office Manager, Receptionist or Personal Assistant with excellent verbal and written communication skills and experience of managing people?
We are seeking a friendly, enthusiastic and efficient Office Manager with excellent interpersonal and organisational skills to join our busy NFU Cymru office and lead our Support Team. You will be able to stay calm and well organised under pressure and have excellent attention to detail.
What youll bring:
As the Office Manager in the NFU Cymru office, you will lead the Support Team as well as being responsible for processing expenses and invoices and support the Membership Adviser with budget planning and reporting. You will be responsible for ensuring the efficient running of the office and any meetings taking place along with planning, developing and managing the administrative elements of our events. The role will also require you to provide secretarial support for the Director of NFU Cymru.
