Role Overview:
This is a full-time on-site role as a Sales Support Executive located at our Birmingham Head Office. We are looking for an organized, efficient sales support executive who will be responsible for assisting the sales department in gaining and keeping customers, tracking sales leads, monitoring sales and recording sales data, scheduling customer meetings, coordinating quotes, responding to customer queries, and administrative duties to ensure that all orders are processed in a timely manner.
Qualifications:
•Excellent Communication and Customer Service Skills
•Experience in administration and high-volume office work may be advantageous.
•Strong analytical, organizational, and time management skills.
•Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
•The ability to multitask and quickly switch your focus.
•Computer literacy, IT skills.
•An understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
