This role will be based in our Manchester team, which is currently made up of four other Corporate Client Directors. General Responsibilities Client Relationship management you will have overall responsibility for your clients including service and broking co-ordination Finding and winning new clients Strategic and directional planning for management of your clients including liaising with the Account Chairman (where appropriate) Facilitating and overseeing introductions along with on-going management to other areas of the business (e.g. Claims, Risk Management, Credit, EB, Private Clients) Client visits Creating and delivering Client Service Plan Ensuring appropriate resources are in place to deliver agreed services Agreeing appropriate remuneration with client Client entertainment participation and oversight Credit control Ensuring clients are fully aware of policy coverage / conditions / limitations New Business Creating an active pipeline and recording on Acturis Establishment of client demands, needs, cover requirements and programme design Fact Find completion and organisation of additional underwriting information (e.g. claims experience, surveys, questionnaires etc.) Liaising with Broker on broking strategy to be employed and contributing as necessary Signing off Broking presentations Renewal Business Developing the renewal strategy for each of your clients Establishment any changes to client demands, needs, cover requirements and programme design Fact Find and underwriting information updates (Informally every year.
