Experience Requirements:
1. 2+ years of experience in a B2B software account management or customer success role
2. Proven experience effectively managing a large book of SME & Enterprise customers

1. Time management and prioritisation skills
2. Knowledge of most standard desktop software applications
3. Strong experience and understanding of online marketing
Responsibilities:
1. Be responsible for the performance (retention) of your allocated customer book
2. Monitor the health of your customer book
3. Deliver the service offer to customers
4. Have commercial responsibility for customers
5. Help onboard new customers and realise value
6. Inbound lead qualification
7. Outbound lead and opportunity generation
8. Lead and database management
9. Close alignment with sales managers into key target verticals
