Main Duties of the Job
Our Trust is looking for experienced Healthcare Support Workers with a minimum of 12 months experience in a Hospital, Residential, or Care home setting. You will be able to work effectively in various wards and departments as part of a multi-disciplinary team and demonstrate our Trust's CARE values.

Person Specification
Training & Qualifications
* Literacy level 1 or equivalent (GCSE D-G, 3-6)
* Numeracy level 1 or equivalent (GCSE D-G, 3-6)
* The Care Certificate
* NVQ level 2/3 or equivalent or above in Health or Health and Social Care or working towards an award
* ESOL level 2 or equivalent (if English is not your first language)
Experience & Knowledge
* Experience in a public-facing/customer care role or environment
* A minimum of 12 months care experience
* Previous experience in a Health/Health and Social Care role
* Previous NHS experience / Understanding of NHS/Social care systems
Skills & Ability
* Good written and verbal communication in the English language
