This technology-led insights agency utilises custom-built technology to deliver insights to their clients with pace while also being consultative. Joining their specialist client advisory team, you will have the opportunity to work with a broad range of clients to help them better understand their customers and how they think and behave. Customer experience programmes have been a key area of focus for them; however, there will also be the opportunity to work on a broader range of studies such as new product development and shopper understanding.
They continue to develop new and differentiated tools in both qualitative and quantitative areas, enabling their clients to connect better with their customers and make more informed business decisions.
As a Research Manager within the business, you will help the team add value to clients through building strategic partnerships and unlocking powerful and impactful insights. You will have the opportunity to get involved in all aspects of the research process from proposal through to survey design and delivery. Although the work leans more towards quantitative research methods, there will also be the opportunity to develop your expertise in online qualitative research.
