About The Company
Ingfield Manor School - West Sussex, is a day and weekly boarding school for students aged 3-19 with neuro-motor impairments, such as Cerebral Palsy, in addition to a bespoke curriculum supporting speech, commination and language needs. Our school is an exciting and rewarding place to work with excellent resources, including a multi-sensory room and high specification mobility equipment. Clinical supervision, training and CPD opportunities are ongoing.
About The Role
Location: Ingfield Manor School
Hours: Full-time hours are 40, full days of 8 hours each term-time only (39-week school year). Part time hours are pro-rata.
Opportunities available for flexible working (early morning, 6.30am – 10.30am / evening shifts, 3.30pm – 9.30pm).

Job Responsibilities:
• Participate actively in creating an appropriately stimulating learning environment for pupils in accordance with the school's ethos.
• Implement group and individual educational programmes for pupils under the direction of the team leader and to be involved in associated planning and preparation.
• Be committed to Conductive Education.
• Contribute to the development of the overall programme for the group of pupils.
• Contribute to writing individual aims for pupils.
• Have responsibility for maintaining all records for specified pupils.
• Be involved in all aspects of the pupil’s day.
• Provide good standards of physical and emotional care.
• Ensure the physical environment is maintained to high standards of safety, hygiene, and presentation.
• Participate in the staff training and development programme.
• Maintain professional contact with parents or guardians.
• Share and advance the school's commitment to Every Child Matters.
• To work seamlessly across department or team boundaries in a collaborative and constructive manner to implement the school’s strategic direction.
• To demonstrate a commitment to customer service excellence and deliver against the requirements of the school’s quality framework.
• Any other duties as may be reasonably directed by the Principal.
• The work involves the physical facilitation of pupils/students and the moving of furniture and equipment
