Your Role as SENCO:
Lead the SEND Strategy – Ensuring effective support for all SEND students.
Develop and Implement EHCPs – Tailoring education plans to individual needs.
Provide Staff Training and Guidance – Supporting teachers in delivering inclusive lessons.
Work with Parents and External Agencies – Building strong partnerships to enhance student outcomes.
Monitor and Improve Student Progress – Using data-driven strategies to refine interventions.
Who We’re Looking For:
✅ SENCO Qualification (or working towards it) – National Award for SEN Coordination preferred.
✅ Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) – With a strong background in SEND.
✅ Passionate About Inclusion – Dedicated to ensuring equal access to education.
✅ Leadership and Organisational Skills – Capable of driving school-wide improvements.
