Your Key Responsibilities:
Plan and deliver personalised lessons to meet the needs of students with SEN/SEMH.
Create a positive and structured classroom environment that encourages learning and personal development.
Differentiate teaching strategies to support students with a range of abilities and needs.
Provide emotional and behavioural support, fostering resilience and confidence.
Work closely with teaching assistants, therapists, and support staff to ensure student progress.
