We have a requirement for a Junior / Associate Talent Acquisition Sourcing Partner to join us on our client site.
Responsibilities
* Build a strong pipeline and produce a target list of passive candidates for assigned searches through research, heavy networking and effective use of social media channels
* Assess and develop creative search strategies to enhance the overall candidate experience
* Generate a high volume and high-quality candidate pipeline under very tight timelines
* Manage multiple searches simultaneously with attention to meeting internal client deadline
* Business partner with Recruiters to ensure an excellent candidate experience
* Provide weekly reports to the recruiters
* Develop creative sourcing strategies that deliver key results
* Partner with the business to create compelling candidate approaches
* Consistently source, build and deliver robust, diverse talent pipeline
* Use data, insights, and technology tools to continuously engage, refine and improve our process and talent pools
Person specification
* Experience recruiting across EMEA, with tangible results of identifying and attracting top talent in the market place
* Experience direct sourcing \ headhunting using a variety of tools including LinkedIn and job boards
* Strong communication skills with the ability to proactively network and establish effective working relationships
* Proven track record or achievement and success
* Experience sourcing across multiple roles at any given time
Please note that this position will require 4 days in the office and 1 day working from home.
