Join Our Team as a HR Governance and Change Demand Manager!
Are you passionate about driving change and ensuring effective governance? We are looking for a dynamic Global P&C Demand Manager to lead our change/demand governance process and support the delivery of our People Strategy within our inclusive, innovative global FMCG business supported by 25,000 employees.
Location: UK
Principle Accountabilities
1. Governance Leadership: Oversee the P&C Change Control Board, ensuring effective management of change initiatives.
2. Demand & Change Control: Manage end-to-end processes, act as SME, and coordinate P&C change documentation and impact assessments.
3. Stakeholder Engagement: Liaise with senior stakeholders, manage follow-up actions, and track implementation of changes.
4. Transparency & Communication: Build visibility of global P&C activities, ensuring they are understood, resourced, and planned empathetically.

Skills and Experience Required
1. Experience in HR transformation and change demand governance.
2. Proven background in HR.
3. Excellent stakeholder engagement and influencing skills.
4. Ability to analyse large sets of data.
5. Experience working within an international matrix organisation.
