As editorial executive you’ll help keep these supporters engaged in our work and show how their generosity enables us to make a real difference for people and nature. You’ll edit Impact, our magazine for general supporters, published three times a year. And you’ll support all stages of production for our membership magazines, Action and Go Wild, as well as our adoption updates. You’ll also create emails and donation pages, and upload YouTube content. This role involves collaborating with teams across WWF-UK and our international field offices, as well as external agencies, to source inspiring stories and content. You’ll also support the senior editor with more ad hoc projects. We’re looking for someone with: Excellent copywriting, subediting and proofreading skills – with a great eye for detail Demonstrable research skills – able to spot the nugget of a good story The ability to take detailed, scientific information and turn it into accessible, engaging copy Excellent organisational and project management skills Strong communication and collaboration skills Plenty of initiative A degree-level qualification A strong working knowledge of Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Benefits, rewards and location The salary for this role is £30,479. This role is hybrid and you’ll be required to be in the office 20% of your contracted hours. The job is based at our UK head office, the Living Planet Centre in Woking, Surrey.
