ServiceNow ArchitectureDesign:
* Design and architect scalable and robustServiceNow solutions to meet business requirements and objectives.
* Define and implement best practices for ServiceNowconfiguration, customization, and development.
* ModuleExpertise:
* Serve as a subject matter expert (SME) inServiceNow functional and operational modules, including Virtual Agent(VA), Human Resources (HR), and Incident Response Management System(IRMS).
* Provide guidance and support to internal teams onmodule configuration, workflows, and integrations.
* ExpansionProjects:
* Lead expansion initiatives to deploy new ServiceNowmodules or functionalities to support evolving business needs.
* Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, defineproject scope, and develop implementation plans.
* IntegrationProjects:
* Architect and implement integrations betweenServiceNow and other enterprise systems, applications, and tools.
* Ensure seamless data flow and synchronization betweenServiceNow and external platforms.
* Customization andDevelopment:
* Oversee the customization and development ofServiceNow applications, scripts, and workflows to extend platformcapabilities.
* Review and optimize existing configurations toenhance performance, usability, and maintainability.
* Technical Leadership:
* Provide technical leadershipand mentorship to ServiceNow development teams, guiding them in bestpractices and methodologies.
* Conduct code reviews, identifyareas for improvement, and drive continuous enhancement of developmentstandards.
* Documentation and Training:
* Create andmaintain technical documentation, including architecture diagrams,design specifications, and configuration guides.
* Delivertraining sessions and workshops to educate end-users andadministrators on ServiceNow features and functionality.
Additional inputs:
* Extensiveexperience working with ServiceNow platform, with a focus onarchitecture design and implementation.
* Strong expertise inServiceNow functional and operational modules such as Virtual Agent(VA), Human Resources (HR), and Incident Response Management System(IRMS).
* Proven track record of leading expansion andintegration projects within the ServiceNow environment.
* Proficiencyin ServiceNow administration, including user management, permissions,and security.
* Excellent communication and interpersonalskills, with the ability to collaborate effectively withcross-functional teams.
* ServiceNow certifications such asCertified Implementation Specialist (CIS), Certified ApplicationDeveloper (CAD), or Certified System Administrator (CSA) preferred.
