The Role:
As a Team Manager, you will provide expert, comprehensive legal advice to individuals and/or companies on a range of specialised legal matters relating to Wills and LPAs. With at least 8+ years of experience you will be able to:
1. Manage a diverse caseload.
2. Deliver high standards of client care.
3. Work commercially which is reflected in your case management and outcomes.
4. Work collaboratively as part of a team.
5. Achieve and deliver key outcomes both for the client and the firm.
You will be commercially astute, with the ability to engage and nurture a high performing team and/or department to deliver key commercial outcomes.

A highly experienced lawyer to lead our Wills and Lasting Power of Attorney (LPA) team. This leadership role involves managing a dedicated team while providing expert legal advice on all aspects of Wills, estate planning and LPAs to a diverse client base.
1. Lead and manage the Wills and LPA team, ensuring high-quality service delivery.
2. Provide expert legal guidance on drafting wills, estate planning strategies and the preparation of LPAs.
3. Drive business development and marketing initiatives to grow the department.
4. Collaborate with financial advisors, accountants, and other professionals to deliver comprehensive client solutions.
5. Ensure compliance with legal standards and the firm's policies.
6. Mentor and develop your people within the team.
