As a Contract Director, you will lead with vision, ensuring the seamless delivery of operational excellence, client satisfaction, and financial performance.
Your responsibilities will include:
* Strategic management and oversight of multi-site contracts.
* Strengthening client relationships, building long-term partnerships.
* Leading a dynamic management team, fostering collaboration and development.
* Ensuring compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards.
* Driving financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
Key Requirements
* Proven experience in a senior leadership role within the grounds maintenance, landscaping, construction, facilities, or services sector is preferred.
* Strong operational and strategic expertise in contract management.
* High-level competency in IT systems for financial reporting and presentations.
* Ability to meet vetting standards for government contracts and access to sensitive data.
* Full clean driving licence.
