This Role: Commercial Property Manager

Salary Range: £51,003 - £53,687 (dependent upon experience)
Full Time Permanent 37.5 hrs per week - Suitable for agile working

MTVH are seeking to recruit an ambitious Commercial Property Manager to manage our current commercial portfolio of around 120 units plus roof top telecomm sites. This role will also see you providing management & support to the Commercial Property Business Coordinators. The role of the Commercial Property Manager will see you taking the lead on the negotiation of Commercial Leases by putting in place and maintaining robust agreements which achieve best value, increase customer satisfaction, and minimise risk. The ideal candidate will already have relevant experience in the commercial property management industry and is looking for a new challenge
You must possess:
* Commercial property and leasehold management experience
* Capable of working within defined targets and deadlines
* Astute awareness of budgets and maximising the profitability of a residential asset
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Ability to work as part of a small team having previous people management experience
* Able to respond positively to challenges
* Solution focused
* IT Literate
Key Responsibilities
* Experiences of managing commercial properties and leases
* To deliver excellent customer service to all our customers
* Full management duties: tenant liaison, reactive maintenance, arrears management, lease renewals, rent reviews
* Provide management & support to the Commercial Property Business Coordinators
* To build strong relationships working/liaising with our contractors
Interview Diary Date:
First initial telephone interviews will be conducted on the 24th April 2025, with face to face interviews for successful candidates taking take place on the 29th April 2025.
