About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Registered Domiciliary Manager to join our team at Sage Care Limited. As a key member of our care team, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day activities of our care services and leading a team of care workers to deliver high-quality care to our service users.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage the day-to-day activities of our care services, ensuring that care workers are available to meet service demands and that care work is of the required standard.
* Lead a team of care workers to deliver personal care services to our service users, ensuring that all processes are followed and correctly controlled and documented.
* Ensure compliance with internal quality standards and external regulatory requirements.
