We are currently recruiting for a Training and Development Coordinator to work in our manufacturing site in Merthyr Tydfil. This is a full time, permanent position with a competitive salary. You will be working 8.30am to 5.00pm Monday to Friday although this is flexible. Job Role: Supporting the planning, implementation, and management of employee training programs, working closely with various departmental managers and line trainers to assess training needs, maintain training matrices, design and deliver training sessions, and monitor employee development initiatives to ensure that the workforce is legally compliant and continually growing in skills and expertise to meet organisational goals and operational needs. Requirements Responsibilities: Training Needs Analysis Training Program Design and Development Training Delivery Coordination and Administration Evaluation and Feedback Continuous Improvement Budgeting and Reporting Compliance and Certification Requirements: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage and motivate employees and line trainers. Organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines. Ability to evaluate training effectiveness and identify areas for improvement. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint) and training software tools. Familiarity with adult learning principles and best practices training. Education Bachelors Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Education or a related field or equivalent experience.
