Role Description:
We are seeking a dynamic Residential Sales Negotiator to join our Hitchin team on a permanent part-time basis. As our company continues to grow, we recognize the importance of having skilled professionals who can effectively secure profitable agreements and foster long-term relationships with clients.
You will be joining a dedicated team of sales negotiators who work closely to drive our sales objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Client engagement
2. Arranging and conducting viewings
3. Generating and negotiating offers
4. Applicant management
5. Securing new business
6. Sales chasing
7. General office administration
8. Marketing properties
9. Instruction management
10. Promotion of all Satchells services
Experience Required:
1. At least 2 years’ experience in selling residential property or a proven track record in a similar industry.
2. A comprehensive understanding of the selling process of residential property.
3. Commercial knowledge of estate agency.
4. Experience of working in a team-oriented environment.

Working Structure:
1. Monday to Friday 9am to 3pm (30 minutes lunch period unpaid).
2. One Saturday in three 9am to 5pm (1 hour lunch unpaid).
3. Minimum of one bank holiday per annum, with a day off in lieu.
Pay:
Subject to yours and the team’s performance, we envisage gross pay for the year to be circa £22,000 plus by way of basic salary, commission, incentive pay, and bonus.
