Role: Sales and Service Manager Location: Preston About the role – Lead the sales office team to achieve sales and margin targets and grow / sustain the customer base. Ensure full use of company systems to identify sales opportunities. Financial performance forecasting. Ensure Heath Safety and wellbeing in prioritized and managed for the office team. Working in conjunction with the Business Development team, identify, target and secure new ‘Onsite’ opportunities within large customer groups. Understand the ERIKS product and service offering, its operating position and uses and be able to articulate this convincingly to our customers. Use management data to effectively and quickly drive business decisions and improve the team's performance as and when required. Deliver a monthly business review to the regions management team including detail financial performance and pricing analysis. Drive a coaching culture through 1-2-1 feedback sessions with all employees to improve performance as necessary. Hours of work - 08:30 - 17:30 - Mon to Fri 40 Hours per week About you – You’re driven by the thought of delivering customer service excellence with ERIKS key customers, working in one of our Sales offices.
