My client is seeking a competent Administrator to support the Safety, Health, Environment, Quality (SHEQ) team with administration tasks, some of the main responsibilities are listed below:
* Environmental, Safety and Quality Data collection and input
* Supplier and Customer questionnaire administration
* Assist with health and safety, environmental, quality, sustainability management systems and its certifications.
* Assist with organising meetings and collecting minutes
* Business training matrix maintenance
Requirements:
* The ability to work confidentially, accurately and diligently with a consistently good level of literacy and numeracy
* Experience working in a busy environment, supporting a high variety of admin tasks requiring a flexible approach
* Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Power Point) knowledge
* Able to build relationships and communicate effectively at all levels, comfortable in a factory floor environment
* Able to create simple, engaging and informative content for notice boards, a good standard of written English and a creative approach to communication
* People focused, full of energy and comfortable to work at all levels from factory floor to leadership team.
* Fast learner.
