Onboarding: Ensure a seamless onboarding experience for new hires, promoting their successful integration into the Akari Care family. Compliance: Ensure all recruitment practices comply with relevant legislations and regulations, upholding the highest standards of ethics and confidentiality. Qualifications: Proven experience in volume based recruitment, preferably within the healthcare or care sector. Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and a passion for attracting top talent. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders. Proficiency in using recruitment software and applicant tracking systems (ATS). Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
