You will be reporting to the Business Development Manager and work alongside dynamic, passionate, and driven colleagues. Responsibilities Support on client calls Research leads from events Manage and update sales databases Conduct market research Review and create internal reports on clients Reply and process enquiries from the website Create summaries of calls and meetings Schedule and set up client calls Support Sales with client calls, follow-ups and manage client day to day enquires Deliver analytics to support pipeline reviews and key client planning Update and maintain CRM and internal dashboards Develop business intelligence to identify market trends and research leads from events Requirement Essential (Need to have) Proven working experience as a Sales support or a relevant role Tenacity and drive to seek new business and meet or exceed targets Proactive in identifying and generating new business opportunities against sales and profitability targets Strong interpersonal skills for building, developing and maintain, relationships with clients Self-motivated, well organised, driven, ambitious and ability to work under pressure Ability to analyse sales figures and write reports Excellent knowledge of the MS Office package, especially Excel, Word, and Power Point. As B4B Payments is an international company it´s a requirement that you are fluent in English, both verbally and in writing.
