Hunter Savage are delighted to be supporting a large, well established NI employer, headquartered in Belfast City centre, to recruit a Recruitment Administrator for their growing department.
This is a new Recruitment Administrator job, a 6 month temporary contract up until January 2025. The role offers full time hours and a very attractive salary and benefits package.
The successful Recruitment Administrator will enjoy working as part of a very busy team, processing end to end recruitment campaigns; from shortlisting, testing, offering advice and support through to candidate induction.
A minimum of 1 year Recruitment/HR Administration experience is essential and the close date for the role is Tuesday 6th August 2024.
The Role
1. Process recruitment exercises using the online recruitment system
2. Prepare paperwork, job descriptions, advertise jobs, prepare shortlisting, organise interviews, organise pre-employment medicals, request references etc
3. Prepare offer letters and contracts for successful applications
4. Set up new user accounts on the Recruitment and HR systems
5. Complete initial shortlisting of vacancies
6. Administer the delivery of psychometric tests
7. Prepare feedback letters
8. Draft and place vacancy advertisements
9. Coordinate inductions
10. Undertake pre-employment checks
11. Any other duties as deemed reasonable
The Person
1. Minimum of 1 years recruitment/HR administration experience
2. Educated to GCSE level – grades A-C including Maths and English
3. Sound knowledge of current employment legislation
4. Experience managing a large number of vacancies
5. Excellent IT skills
