Astute's Renewable's team is partnering with a business whose focus is to drive the country forward with their wide range of renewable energy technologies. They are looking to recruit a Site Manager to cover their sites in the Manchester region. \n\nThe important role of the Site Manager comes with a salary of up to £65,000 and a competitive benefits package on top.\n\nIf you're an Assistant Site Manager or Site Manager and are looking to work for an organisation that is really looking to make a difference when it comes to sustainability, then submit your CV to apply today.\n\nResponsibilities and duties\n\nReporting to the Project Manager you will:\n\nSupervise and coordinate the day-to-day activities of the work site, from construction, installation, commissioning and maintenance tasks\nComplete site inspections to ensure safety compliance and environmental impact\nOversee the health and safety of staff on site\nDraft and prepare reports for both the construction and client, top track progress\nMaintain a variety of logs, including incident and progress\n\nProfessional qualifications\n\nWe are looking for someone with the following:\n\nAn up-to-date Site Management Safety Scheme (SMSTS)\nAn up-to-date Construction Skills Certification Scheme (CSCS) card\nPRINCE2 or Project Management Professional (PMP) is desirable\nExperience on with Renewable Energy Technologies, this could be Solar, EV, LED or Air Source Heat Pumps\n\nPersonal skills\n\nThe Site Manager role would suit someone who is:\n\nAn excellent communicator, even if you are in an under-pressure environment and can build relationships with various people on site\nA proven problem solver when working on a site\nInterested in a range of Renewable Energy Technologies\nAble to lead and motivate the on-site team\n\nSalary and benefits of the Site Manager role\n\nBetween £60,000 and £65,000\nAn excellent company pension schemeAstute People are acting as an employment agency in relation to this vacancy.
