The Role of the Business Development Manager
7. Selling a portfolio of Respiratory, Wound Care, IV Therapy and Continence products across primary and secondary care customers
8. You will have the support of a nursing team to help the patients and train them how to use the system.
9. Lead relationship and negotiation with senior stakeholders including national Key Opinion Leaders
10. Effectively negotiate and influence key stakeholders
11. Deliver compelling commercial narratives accelerating communication
12. To achieve or exceed growth targets
13. To implement the strategy and tactics as directed and maintain business plans

The Ideal Person for the Business Development Manager
20. Ideally you will have Hospital and NHS Community sales experience
21. Ideally experience of Respiratory, Wound Care, IV Therapy or Continence products but not essential
22. However, we can consider a junior or even entry level graduate with scientific/medical interest. Looking for their first medical sales role
23. Ability to engage with decision makers and build relationships
24. Strong negotiation skills, ability to influence decision makers
25. Excellent communication and presentation skills
26. Dynamic and driven

28. Confident, articulate and a strong relationship builder
