Platform Trainer

We’re seeking a brilliant and inspirational Platform Trainer to nurture the expertise of Blis’ platform users, ranging from internal commercial teams to self-service clients, and ensure client onboarding programmes are creative, informative and kept up to date as our platform evolves.
This is a global role that sits within the, primarily UK-based, Blis product team and you will be working collaboratively with experts across every aspect of our platform and the wider industry. It presents an opportunity to have a direct impact on the success of our business and work at the leading edge of innovation in the ad tech industry.
The position is full-time, based provisionally in London with some flexibility. We’ve embraced flexible working and expect this to continue indefinitely, but regular onsite visits will be required for both seller and client training sessions, with occasional travel to international Blis markets.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and maintain Blis’ global certification programmes; providing engaging, comprehensive and up-to-date education on our products, platform and wider industry context.
* Partner closely with the wider product team in the creation of compelling content and training materials to support new product launches.
* Build strong relationships with commercial leaders across the business to identify and deliver against areas of need for further training.
* Build tools and analytics to measure the success and drive continuous improvement of training programmes.
* Deliver training and industry updates to key clients, agencies and the wider internal organisation.
* Partner with the HR Learning & Development team to assist with onboarding new joiners and making them experts in Blis’ platform.
* Commitment to Blis' Inclusion initiatives & 5 step sustainability plan.
Skills and Requirements
* Have 5+ years of experience training clients and/or sales teams on tech platforms, ad tech experience preferred.
* Excellent presentation and storytelling skills - the ability to take complex topics and make them simple and digestible is key.
* Experience in leading “front of the room” training and delivering curriculum across commercial teams.
