Workman's Recruitment is partnering with a highly regarded and long-established Social Housing Contractor renowned for its exceptional service in offering building maintenance and construction services to housing associations, councils, and the education sector for over the last 80 years in London and surrounding home counties. You will oversee and coordinate multiple sites, ensuring work is executed to specified standards while minimizing risk to personnel, contractors, the public, and resources. This entails adherence to client specifications and site health and safety protocols. Responsibilities: Supervising the team members, establishing appropriate performance objectives, and regularly assessing their training requirements. Ensuring team members adhere to company policies and procedures, including health and safety protocols. Guaranteeing compliance with CDM regulations concerning work activities. Conducting and documenting site safety inspections to verify compliance. Regularly visiting sites to inspect completed works, identifying any issues, and providing corrective measures as necessary. Assisting in assessing subcontractors' performance and health and safety records upon completion of projects. Requirements: Full Manuel UK Drivers License Experience in FRA Works, preferably with BM Trada or equivalent certification. CSCS card preferably black.
