What Youll Do The reception area is your domain This is a pro-active role where a tremendous first impression is critically important, from a polite and attentive welcome to a timely, professional and helpful response to phone calls & visitors. Answering incoming calls and directing them to the relevant department in an attentive, helpful and welcoming manner Taking messages Warmly welcoming customers, colleagues and VIPs to our Head Office and directing them in a helpful manner Ensure visitors are offered refreshments etc Maintaining stocks of stationery Handling incoming and outgoing post Booking meeting rooms for staff Ensuring the reception area & meeting rooms are kept clean and tidy Plus other front of house / admin duties. What Were Looking For Skills and Experience Customer Service experience Excellent telephone manner Computer literate, with a knowledge of Microsoft programmes Excellent administration skills Previous experience of reception duties would be desirable, including managing incoming and outgoing post and deliveries.
