Job Overview:
The Brand Content Executive will be based within the Clarks Global Brand Team, supporting the planning, execution, and production of the seasonal consumer-facing campaigns. This role is highly collaborative across the organization, working particularly closely with our Global Studio and Global Social Team. This role will be integral to the smooth running of key marketing projects, supporting with sample co-ordination, social media content creation (particularly for TikTok), creative brief writing, and support with internal decks whilst also supporting on shoot days and working with external agencies and photography studios.
Responsibilities:
* Support the planning, execution & production of Clarks Seasonal Creative Campaigns – across How to Wear Lifestyle & Product Marketing Shoots
* Be hands-on with shoot planning and execution, overseeing samples, logistics, and supporting with styling & model briefs
* Help manage project timelines to ensure projects are delivered on time
* Work closely with the Global Studio and product teams to ensure smooth executions of high-quality marketing campaigns – building relationships across the business
* Work closely with Clarks US-based Social Media team to create engaging content tailored to Clarks’ audience (particularly for TikTok)
* Increase efforts to stay current on changing social media landscape and consumer trends - dynamic messaging, mobile platforms, etc. - always being mindful of what makes sense for the brand.
* Ensure Clarks brand integrity, tone, and voice are represented across all digital content and social media channels
* Assist with the day-to-day team operations and administrative tasks to ensure smooth workflow, including asset management, expenses, purchase orders, and invoices.
Qualifications:
* 1-2 years’ experience
* MS Office (PowerPoint, Word & Excel a must) and all major web browsers
* Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally with internal and external teams
* Proactive approach to Project Management – ability to prioritise workload according to urgency
* Organisational skills with a commitment to deadlines and a keen eye for detail
* Familiarity with photo and video editing tools (e.g. Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, CapCut) is beneficial
* Flexible approach to changing demands within a fast-paced environment
