Customer Service - Supply Chain
Hook, Hampshire - 3 days per week in the office
We are looking for a professional and organized team member, to join a family-owned spirits distillery. As part of the Supply Chain team, you will be providing excellent customer service to internal and external customers.
Main Responsibilities:
Ensure all customers receive a highly efficient service, supporting the effective operation of the supply chain.
Process customer orders, managing from placement through to delivery.
Work to resolve customer supply issues and complaints.
Ideal Candidate:
Excellent communication, both verbal and written.
Enjoy problem solving while being able to make decisions to overcome challenges.
High level of attention to detail, able to work with and follow set processes.
Previous experience in Customer Service or Supply Chain would be highly advantageous.
