We are excited to offer a unique opportunity within the Adult Safeguarding, Practice and Provider Relations area at the Bromley Civic Centre. We are seeking a dedicated Quality Assurance Project Manager who is a registered Social Worker to join our team. This role is crucial for the delivery and implementation of our annual quality assurance programme aimed at enhancing the service provision for adult service users and carers.
Day-to-Day of the Role:
1. Implement the Quality Assurance Policy, Governance, and Framework; oversee the delivery of the annual quality assurance audit programme.
2. Coordinate quality and performance monitoring activities within adult services and assist with reporting performance information.
3. Conduct scheduled case file audits, practice reviews, and observations, and produce detailed reports for the senior management team.
4. Analyse data from quality assurance activities, identify good practice, and report on themes for learning, practice development, and service improvement.
