Requirements: •Experience: Recent experience as a Registered Manager or Deputy Manager in a children's home. •Qualifications: Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management for Residential Childcare (or working towards it). •Driving License: Full UK license required. •Knowledge: Understanding of relevant legislation, safeguarding, child protection, and trauma-informed care. •Ofsted Compliance: Experience working with regulatory bodies and ensuring high standards.
