Within the position of Client Service Team Leader, you will be working as part of the workplace experience team, curating a workplace environment that increases well-being, productivity and enhances company culture that our end users want to be a part of. Key Responsibilities Own the touchpoint journey and user centric concepts (Ground floor reception multi tenanted site) Establish good working relationships with the customers in order to be recognised as the natural 'go to’ person and a trusted partner to deliver on our value proposition Engage with all key stakeholders so as to ensure a collaborative and efficient approach and a swift response to all service requests Effectively deal with all business user/client requests and enquiries exceeding expectations in all areas of the operations As a brand ambassador for ISS and the clinet you will be responsible for ensuring that all client site procedures and standards are met To focus on curated experience and drive the agenda for our end users and customer To show responsibility for personal and Team health and safety, and that of others in the conduct of the job in line with ISS and Legal requirement.
